This morning, while on a leisurely Sunday morning stroll with my lady, we met a new little friend hard up on his luck.
Meet our new possum friend named Stanley. We have him til Tuesday, when all the shelters open. He’s a total sweetheart, and a great lover of applesauce.
At first I was a little freaked out. I wondered what this wild creature was doing in my walking path. But after consulting the web, I found that I could take him in and safely nurse and take care of him until we can turn him in to the proper authorities.
Stanley loves the internet, crushing beer cans on his forhead, and high-fiving after Lebron James takes someone to the hole.
